Questions about pricing

Do I pay anything before you start?

Yes — you pay the fixed price for your package upfront, by card through Stripe. In return you get a written scope, a fixed price and a delivery date in writing, revisions included, and a full refund if you cancel before we start or you’re not happy after your revisions.

Is it really one payment, or are there hidden fees?

One payment for the package you choose. The only recurring cost is the optional Care Plan at $14.99/month, which covers hosting, domain, SSL, domain email and monthly changes — and the first 2 months are free.

What if I need more pages later?

You can add pages at any time at your package’s per-page rate ($15 / $10). No need to upgrade to a bigger package.

What happens if I don’t pay for the Care Plan?

Your site stays yours. If you host it yourself, nothing changes at all. If we host it, we hand over the full files and help you move — we just stop maintaining it. Maintenance and Care Plan updates require access to your site: either hosted with us, or on your own hosting with access granted to us.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All major cards through Stripe — Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You receive an invoice and receipt from Infivion LLC. If card payment isn’t available in your country, contact us and we’ll arrange a bank transfer invoice.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. You see the design before you pay, so surprises are rare — but if we build the site and you’re genuinely not happy after your included revision rounds, we refund your payment.
