What if I don’t like the design?
Every package includes rounds of revisions — 2 on Starter, 4 on Business — so we adjust the design until it’s right. If you’re still not happy after using all included revisions, you get a full refund of the package price.
I already have a domain. Can you use it?
Of course. We can build on your existing domain and you keep full ownership of it. If you don’t have one yet, we can register it for you — and it is registered in your name, not ours.
What do you need from me to start?
Your business name, what you offer, your contact details, and any photos or logo you already have. If your text isn’t ready, we can write it for you as an add-on.
Can I edit the site myself later?
You can — but most of our clients prefer not to. That’s exactly what the Care Plan is for: send us a WhatsApp message with the change you want and we make it for you, usually the same day.
Can the site be in my language?
Yes. Your site is built in your local language by default. The Business package also includes a full English version of every page, which matters if you serve tourists or international clients.
How do I pay, and is it safe?
You pay by card through Stripe, one of the largest payment processors in the world. You receive a proper invoice and receipt from Infivion LLC. Your card details never touch our systems.
What if I don’t like the result?
You see the design before you pay, so surprises are rare. If we build the site and you are genuinely not happy after your included revision rounds, we refund your payment.
