What to include for the fastest reply
- What the business does and roughly where it is. A dental clinic and a beach guesthouse need very different sites.
- Your current website address, if there is one — even if you are embarrassed by it. Especially then.
- What you want visitors to do: call, book, message on WhatsApp, come in, order.
- Any site you like the look of. It does not have to be in your industry.
- Whether you have photographs and text ready, or need us to work with what exists.
You do not need to prepare anything before writing to us. A single line saying “I run a barbershop in Medellín and my site looks terrible on phones” is enough to start.

We work Monday to Friday. Messages sent at the weekend are answered on Monday, except for a site that is down.

This is our registered business address and the correct address for formal notices, including anything relating to our Terms of Service. Day-to-day we work remotely, so email and WhatsApp reach us far faster than post.
Billing and refunds
All payments are processed by Stripe and a receipt is issued automatically. For an invoice copy, a billing question or a refund request, email support@unionwebstudio.com with “Billing” or “Refund request” in the subject line.
Refund requests are acknowledged within 2 business days and decided within 5. The full terms, including exactly what is refundable and when, are on our Refund Policy page.
