Who we are

Union Web Studio is the trading name of Infivion LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. We are a small, focused studio — not a marketplace, not a call centre passing you between departments. You deal directly with the people building your site, from the first message to delivery.

We work with restaurants, clinics, guesthouses, salons, trades and professional practices — businesses where the website is not the product, but is often the first thing a customer sees. Our clients are spread across Latin America, South-East Asia and beyond. The work is delivered remotely, in English or in the client’s own language.

How we work

The order of operations matters more than anything else we do. Almost every bad experience in this industry starts the same way: the client pays for something they have not yet seen. We put that step last.

1. You see a design first

   We build a real preview of your new homepage and send it to you. No charge, no obligation, no payment details. If you do not like it, that is where it ends.

2. Everything is agreed in writing

   Before you pay, you receive the scope, the page count, the total price and the delivery date. Nothing about that changes halfway through.

3. We build and you review

   Your text, your photographs, your contact details. Each package includes revision rounds so we can put right anything that missed.

4. The site goes live and stays yours

   The domain is registered in your name. On final payment the design and code are yours. We do not hold files or domains as leverage — ever.

Why an American company matters here

When you pay a stranger online to build the public face of your business, the honest question is: who is actually on the other side? We answer it with documents rather than adjectives.

• A registered legal entity in Wyoming, with a real registered address published on every page of this site.
• Payments through Stripe, one of the largest payment processors in the world, with a proper invoice and receipt for every transaction. We never see your card details.
• Written terms — scope, price, delivery date, refund conditions — published openly rather than sent on request.
• A refund policy with numbers in it, not a promise to consider requests at our discretion.

None of that guarantees you will like the design. It does mean you know exactly who you are dealing with, and what happens if you do not.

What we do not do

Being clear about the edges of our work saves everyone time. We do not build online shops with checkout and payment, membership or login systems, mobile applications, custom software, or booking engines with live availability. We do not run advertising campaigns or manage social media accounts.

We also choose our clients. We do not work on gambling, adult content, weapons, cryptocurrency investment schemes, or anything making deceptive health claims. The full list is in our Terms of Service.

If your project needs something outside our scope, we say so in the first conversation — not after you have paid.
